Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States + Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

• Order cutoff: Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT will be processed the next business day.
• Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days.
• Estimated total delivery: 4–7 business days after order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided when available. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders are fulfilled from our US fulfillment operations.

If tracking shows no movement or you believe a package is lost, contact us. We will open an investigation. If the package is confirmed lost after 7 consecutive business days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

We will help as much as we can with address issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
