How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Estimated total delivery is 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT are processed the next business day.

What is your return window?
30 calendar days from delivery. Unopened and sealed items only due to safety and hygiene reasons, unless defective or incorrect.

How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after return delivery. Bank posting may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
What if my package is lost?
Contact us. If confirmed lost after 7 consecutive business days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
